Question -- What are your hours?
We "officially" operate from 9:30am to 5:30pm M-F. That said, we reserve the right to answer emails at any time of any day, just don't expect us to be available for your phone calls or emails 24/7!
Question -- Can I visit your office?
This business is based out of a home which is why the address is not listed on the website. Meetings typically do not take place at the office (exceptions are sometimes made).
We do meet with clients living in the RTP area of NC. The typical arrangement is to set up a mutually convenient meet location, often at a Panera Bread, Starbucks, or similar establishment. Occasionally, we will meet elsewhere with details set at the time of the appointment.
Question -- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash (when meeting in person), personal check, money orders, Paypal or credit card payments through Paypal.
When credit card payments are made via Paypal, it is FREE for you to use.
In person credit card payments can be accepting using Paypal Here with advance notice.
Invoices can be provided using Paypal, though payment through paypal is not required.
Question -- When can you start?
A typical "research" project will probably not commence until 6-8 weeks after we have agreed to the terms/parameters for the project.
Simple "document acquisition" projects are typically done as time permits at the archives and often are done within a few days to 2 weeks.
ALL talks must be scheduled in advance at least 2 months in advance. There can be availability with less notice.
